Yep.
Nothing big to update everyone on. Last night Balqis and I had fun enjoying ourselves and watching Lifetime TV, chowing down on Papa John’s pizza, all in a heightened state of mind. We had a few enlightening conversations, but my memory was hazed and I don’t quite remember what was said. But I’m sure it was important.
No nature walks today.
There’s a thunder storm afoot today. I need to find some way to walk 30 minutes today. Speaking of that, I’ve made my diet a bit more intense now. Instead of my calorie ranging between 1780 – 2130, I’m aiming for 1280 – 1630. It’s not really that hard to stick between that range. And I feel that I will do well on my diet.
Here’s a little information on my diet:
Calorie Range: 1280 – 1630
Cardio: 30 minute brisk walk four days a week(Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Strengthening: 25 minutes of exercises focusing on my glutes and abs, followed up by some gentle yoga to cool down.(Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Here are my goals:
Weight Loss Per Week: 2lbs
Total by April 2008: 85lbs
I do not expect to lose that by April, but I would like to achieve that goal. I know there will be days that I will eat more than 1280-1630 calories(especially holidays), so I am giving myself a little leeway. But by next spring I do plan on being a different person. I’ve already gone from a 23/24 to a 22/20..sometimes even 17/18. It all depends on the brand of jeans or clothing.
Alright, now I need to head off and cook supper for the boyfriend and I. Tata!

I really admire you for having a plan like that. I did do a lot of running a while ago but ever since college started I’ve just stopped and started veging out. I really did want to lose some but i’m trying to get myself motivated again so hopefully! Good luck to you though, it sounds like a great plan.
